Prada is an Italian fashion brand specializing in luxury goods including ready-to-wear, leather accessories, shoes, luggage, hats and more. It was founded by Mario Prada in 1913. The brand is considered by some people as a status symbol.

3. Gucci

Gucci is one of the top Italian clothing brands. It was founded in 1921 by Guccio Gucci. In 1938, Gucci expanded and a boutique was opened in Rome. Dolce & Gabbana , is an Italian luxury fashion house. The company was started by the Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in Milan, Italy. Their clothing designs are usually black in color and geometric in shape.

Salvatore Ferragamo Italia S.p.A. is an Italian luxury goods company, with headquarters in Florence, specializing in shoes, leather goods, and ready-to-wear for men and women. It is the parent company of the Ferragamo Group. The company also produces eyewear and watches through licensees.

Miu Miu is a high fashion brand from the Prada fashion house, opened in 1992 and headed by Miuccia Prada. The name of the collection is taken from Miuccia Prada’s nickname.

9. Missoni

Missoni is an Italian fashion house based in Varese. It is famous for its unique knitwear, made from a variety of fabrics in colourful patterns. The company was founded by Ottavio (“Tai”) and Rosita Missoni in 1953.
